For those interested in becoming bidders, we offer the following information. Bidding fee will be $35.00 USD. For this you will receive a bidding number and catalog. In addition, all pre-registered bidders will receive a full color Surf Auction T-Shirt, VIP invite to Pre-Auction Party at Dukes Waikiki Restaurant, tickets to the 2003 "Hawaii All Collectors Show" and associated other goodies, courtesy of our sponsors. A retail value easily in excess of the $35.00 fee. Bidders who sign up the day of the auction will only receive a bidding number and a catalog. Pre-Registration will be valid via email, fax, or preferably by mail. Please print this form and fill it out. Pre-Registration packets will be mailed to the the registered bidders on the 10th of July 2003. If you would like to receive packets in any other form, or at an alternative location than one supplied, please advise accordingly.
